President Biden is considering the use of Executive Action to implement a police reform agenda. It is expected he will do so in February during Black History Month. Research media sources to determine what you can learn about the proposed action and what it will include. Discuss what you learn and if you consider it a substantive action or political move. 

Also research the Executive Action implemented by President Trump before he left office in June 2020. It is titled Safe Policing for Safe Communities. Outline the content of the SPSC action. Did you know Trump had implemented this agenda?
