This project should be an integrated description and analysis of the business model of a Fortune 500 company of the group’s choosing. Groups will complete a strategic analysis of the organization, and a brief description of the recommendations developed by your team for helping the organization achieve continued success.

· Part 3 – Recommendations based on your strategic analysis. Identify the (3-5 best) recommendations that could help the organization sustain or improve its effectiveness. List and briefly describe the most important and practical recommendations you believe the organization should undertake (vs. all possible things the organization could do). Each of your recommendations should be accompanied by a concise explanation of your logic and rationale for including it.

· This part should be submitted as a presentation with speaker notes 7-10 slides
