Order Instructions
For this new assignment, I will assign each of you to read one chapter of Ezra Klein’s book Why We’re Polarized, and provide a 10-15 minute verbal overview of it at our intensive. Each overview will then lead into a class discussion of the chapter.

A few additional items/guidelines for all of you:
1. A good verbal overview will do the following:
• Effectively summarize the key material in the chapter;
• Lift up the key points and arguments that you think are the most important;
• End by posing 2-3 questions or topics for the class’s further consideration during the discussion of the chapter.
