Log into the Google Analytics Demo Account (http://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/demoAccount) and review the Audience report area.  After studying some of the key data points, create a persona based on the findings.  Remember, a persona is a generic outline of a market demographic.  It takes data and humanizes it, helping you better understanding your audience and better target them in the future.
