1. After reading the articles by Mistry and Indeed.com related to compensation, discuss with the class which compensation plan is most closely connected to your current or previous workplace compensation. Was it effective and/or do you believe that one of the other types of compensation plans would work better? Why or Why not?
2. After reading the “5 Steps to a Compensation Strategy that Helps Your Company Thrive", choose 1 of the 5 steps and argue why it is so valuable to strategic compensation best practices in HRM. 

For your discussions utilize relevant information from Pynes (chapter 7)
