with them from the standpoint of customer experience. How do you rate your

upon to continue to earn your loyalty as a repeat customer. Based on your written
observations, conduct a brief research of CRM systems that are widely available. What
do you think are the CRM system features and functionalities this business is using that
help them provide a good experience to you? What CRM system features and
functionalities do they need to have to improve your experience as a customer?
