Many of you I'm sure struggle with procrastination and it serves as a barrier to writing.  Yeah, I know you write well under pressure!  Sure you do!  And, if you do then imagine how much better your work would be if you didn't wait until the last minute!  We all need help with this common human barrier to success.  In two paragraphs, comment on at least two things (one from the article and one from the video) that you will incorporate into your school performance and how you think that each might be helpful with that problem?  Be sure to indicate what source you are using though you do not need to put APA formatted citations unless you are using a direct quote.
