Your methodology section describes the rationale for the specific procedures proposed to identify, select, and analyze information that will provide an answer or solution to your research problem and question.
As you are writing, keep in mind that you are writing a proposal; you are not explaining “what you did” as you have not carried out the research. Pay close attention to the tense you use when you write this section.
