Considering the number of areas that a budget impacts, it’s typical for there to be strengths and weakness in any budget. In this discussion, you locate and analyze 2–3 examples of budgets from state or local criminal justice entities. (These should be available on the state or city websites.)
Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
- Share 2–3 examples of budgets from state or local criminal justice entities and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each budget.
- If possible, determine the preparer of the budget and identify whether they are from within the department or outside. Discuss if that has any impact on your analysis of the budget.
