Imagine a scenario where you hear the customer use the complaint you choose.  Think of your own experience something that has happened in your job, or maybe one that might happen in the future.  Explain why you think the customer is so angry.  Why did you chose this technique.  Write a response to the customer as though you are speaking to this person in real life.

Scenario is: You charge an arm and leg for this, and it's a piece of junk.  I want my money back.
