Order Instructions
There are two parts to this assignment.
Part 1
First, choose one of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
Create a mock social media post (or series of posts) that addresses a gang issue of your choice.
Do not actually post it on social media but create a mock up as if it was on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
The content of the post can be from whatever perspective you choose so you may choose but make sure that the content is intended to either prevent people from joining a gang or stopping some kind of gang activity.
Include your post(s) in your assignment submission.
Part 2
Write a brief (1-2 page) paper that addressed the following:
What was the specific gang issue you chose and why did you choose it?
Why did you choose the social media platform you chose?
Do you think the social media posts will have the desired outcome?
Which other approaches to dealing with your chosen gang issue could be used in conjunction with the social media approach?
