This memorandum aims to discuss the Vampire Legends budget reports, risk & expenses, advertising campaign, potential threats, information security, and risk management to mitigate the potential dangers further. We will also delve deeper into the knowledge of information ethics and the threats and disputes that arose during the production of the sequel to Vampire Legends, Ancient Age.

Analysis of Components of Information Security: the following budget chart illustrates three allocation ideas to benefit the Ancient Age. From category A through category C, there are three categories. Category B is the most excellent option for Ancient Age since it encompasses the most critical aspects, including the marketing campaign for Ancient Age, IT expenses, digital rights management (DRM), and pay increases. This option permits security enhancements, such as multi-factor authentication and advanced firewall protection. These raised concerns will strengthen the Ancient Age's safety, our customers, and investors against the recent data breach.

Advertising plays a significant role in consumers' lives. Customers are those who purchase a product after learning about its availability on the market. Customers will not buy the goods, even if it would be to their benefit if they are unaware of their availability due to a lack of advertising.

Advertising Ancient Age is advantageous because it informs buyers that it is the sequel to Vampire Legends’ first game. Below are three advertising strategies for the sequel Ancient Age:

· Robert Pattison's endorsement (the vampire from the Twilight Saga)

· Disclosing to bloggers which celebrities are participating in

· A 30-day free trial

A testimonial from a celebrity is a persuasive marketing strategy that will encourage more consumers to play the game. Therefore, a testimonial from Robert Pattinson would be the most satisfactory solution. Also, as an incentive for trying the game to determine whether consumers enjoy it, we can offer a 30-day free trial. Leaking information to bloggers would not be effective because it would be an intentional violation of the privacy of information, a violation of the company's policies, and consumers’ privacy rights.

Course of Action: handling information security threats in the future can prevent threats such as malicious emails, ransomware attacks, phishing, etc., which can be exploits of IT infrastructure vulnerabilities and violations of consumer privacy rights. Several preventative measures can be taken against such dangers:

· Implement Cybersecurity Risk Evaluations

· Develop plans for incident response (IR).

· Training on the job for employees

· Monitor and secure the organization's network traffic

· Utilize several authentication factors

· Security upgrades and patches

· Encryption and backup of all data

· Training on the company's policies and regulations is ongoing. And ensuring that all staff comply with them

Role of Ethics: A code of ethics is a set of responsibilities that an organization holds its personnel accountable for in their conduct and the ideals they claim to uphold for their customers. This can encompass internal and outward conduct but is not restricted to it. It can serve as a reminder to corporations and their employees of the repercussions of their behavior.

The ethical dilemma that arose during the making of Ancient Age was a phishing scheme. A phishing scam is an email that impersonates or duplicates a legitimate firm and requests sensitive information, such as a person's date of birth, address, social security number, login information, etc.

Vampire Legend was impacted by a phishing email issued in the pretense of D&L Bank. The attacker informed an employee that their login credentials needed to be verified due to customer complaints of unauthorized account access. They told the employee that their account had invalid logins and that they were required to authenticate their log in credentials before their account could be unlocked.

Consequences of Conflict: This data and confidentiality violation forced the corporation to shut down the game and reevaluate its risk management procedures. It demonstrated the significance of encrypting sensitive information and security, which Jama stated were crucial for the company to invest in.

The solution to Conflict: The episode demonstrated the importance of implementing risk management plans, which may have prevented such a problem from leaking to the media. While removing the game, we were able to implement advanced security measures. Due to the incident's impact on customers and the company's desire to make amends, we also provided clients with one year of free identity protection.

Impact of Ethics on Revenue: The relationship between revenue and ethics can be evaluated depending on the business and its final assessment of importance. Sometimes their bottom line can outweigh their ethics or their revenue. It can also bring the two into harmony with one another. At times, businesses may view the bottom line as income alone, forsaking ethics to a certain degree. It is essential to recognize that income and ethics are not mutually exclusive and that organizations can adhere to their corporate ethics while maximizing profits.

The economic impact on Vampire Legends is that they lost money due to having to shut down Ancient Age to avoid any extra danger posed by the media breach of client information. They offer clients a free identity for a year to rectify their error, which hurts their earnings. Notifying the media resulted in the loss of some customers and may have scared away new consumers, which negatively impacted their revenue.

Following demonstrates how Vampire Legends prioritized ethics over profit by doing the right thing for their clients. However, this did not wholly affect their revenue because they could reclaim their position and grow output with their present and possibly new clients over time. Thus, this demonstrates that ethics and income can finally balance over time.
