1) Unfortunately, as the suspects were being brought into the US for their trial, a cache of child pornography was found on one of the suspect's devices. You are now investigating a new incident where child pornography was found on the computer. The suspect claims he received a pop up containing child pornography and clicked on it. How can you determine whether the person's story is true. Be sure to provide details of the forensic procedures.

2) Additionally, you need to make an ethical decision in this case. Do you continue forward with the case, and delay dealing with the child porn incident, do you ignore the child porn to keep the case focused on the OPM attack, or do you throw a wrench into the primary case with this new evidence. Make your decision and then defend why that decision was made and is just.
