Articles must be related to at least one (1) topic from each of the following categories: (a) Police Searches, Seizures, or Surveillance; (b) Police Interrogations or Profiling; (c) Prosecutor Duties or Plea Bargaining.

Students are required to select one current/recent news article related to one or more topics covered by that point in the course and create a PowerPoint presentation of at least eight (8) slides that summarizes and analyzes the articles. Then, upload your presentation to the appropriate Forum for your classmates to review, and post a substantive written reply to at least two (2) of your classmates’ presentations.
