The Congressperson sits on the Healthcare Oversight Committee, which is deciding how much Congress should intervene in addressing the shortcomings in the healthcare system. S/He is deciding which way to vote on upcoming legislation to tackles those shortcomings. Instructions: You are tasked with assisting the Congressperson in determining how s/he should vote. Draft a short memo to the Congressperson addressing the following:

A. Briefly describe the major healthcare problems in the United States.

B. Present possible solutions that would address those healthcare problems.

C. Should the United States move to a universal healthcare system where everyone is insured, or should the United States continue with its current system?
