The letter must be in business letter format (pg. 39 in the reader) and addressed to a real company. Make sure you include contact information, phone number or email address. Electronic submission required in Microsoft Word (doc or .docx) or PDF. Other formats- Google Docs, Pages, Works, etc. are not acceptedNo emailed copy.
