You can discuss how these ethical standards may support/differ from prevailing morals and diversity of beliefs, but the foundation must be an ethical issue.    How are the ethics of “public health” different from Medical Ethics? Why? Cite at least two codified ethical standards for each side. Do not confuse “public health” with insurance, public services, the government, Medicare or Medicaid. Start with a clear definition of “public health” and Medicine.  What are the respective roles of differing ethical standards? Who is served by each?  How might these differences be resolved? Can they be? Should they be?
