Describe the difference between process and outcome objectives and explain the role that each type of objective plays in supporting a program’s goals. Write one example of an outcome objective and one example of a process objective that might be used in your program. Explain how these examples support the overall program goal(s).
Using the web or course resources, locate a description of a community-based health promotion program that is relevant to the program you are creating in some way (for example, the target population or health focus may be similar). What is the mission statement for this program? Does this mission statement provide a clear reason for the program? Do you think any improvements are needed to this mission statement? Why or why not?
