Overview:
This assignment is a continuation of the group assignment in Unit 2, and you will use
the company that your group selected in Unit 2. You need to apply the materials
discussed in this unit, for example, Thought Leadership, Three Keys concept, or from
your additional research to this assignment.
Instructions:
1) Describe three major marketing issues that this firm encounters and how the firm
manages them.
2) Identify the firm’s potential clients and existing clients. Describe the
characteristics of the clients and services required.
3) Describe the marketing strategies the firm uses to attract new clients and to
retain existing clients. Out of these strategies, choose one most effective
strategy, and one least effective. Explain why you think the strategy is most
effective or least effective. Provide any assumptions and research sources to
support your explanation.
4) Propose a marketing plan to help solve the issues the firm faces and to improve
the less effective marketing strategies the firm uses.
a. Provide specific examples of what can be done to mitigate the issues.
b. Explain your reasoning behind each proposed marketing strategy to
communicate with potential and existing clients.
