Perform the following tasks:
(a) Transform a mind map into an initial work breakdown structure (WBS)
(b) Estimate durations for completing activities
(c) Identify predecessors for activities
(d) Draw an activity-on-node network (AON) (Precedence network)
(e) Based on your own assumptions, iteratively refine a WBS and AON to become manageable by calculating earliest start/earliest finish, latest start/latest finish, and Total Float & Free Float (Total slack & Free Slack) for each activity in a project
(f) Identify the project critical path or paths of a project
