Create a Prototype of an excel metric dashboard that we can follow up as a company on a monthly basis:
Use dummy data to create these. For every tab, there should be a separate tab with the data, calculations, and finally the dashboard containing pivot charts/tables. Attached is an image example of a dashboard
- First tab will be Financials Dashboard:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Sales pipeline
- P&L
- Burn rate / TCO (total cost of operations) / cost of acquisition client / etc.
2. Second tab will be about R&D / product / HR Dashboard:
- Timeline of R&D (accomplishment of reach research & development)
- Timeline of the product (accomplishment of each features)
- Metric in HR ( turnover etc..)
- Metric in recruitment ( cost in recruitment, time to recruit etc..)
- 3. Third tab will be Marketing Dashboard:
- traffic source
- social media reach
- striper new users below:
