1. Go to the website: Myers-Briggs Test(new tab) and complete the free quiz.
2. After you completed the quiz and obtained your results please review the website paying close attention to the box with your test results. This box will include your traits and your MBTI type.
3.  response to each of the following prompts :
   1. What were your identified traits? Considering other information provided (percentiles) do you agree with these results, please explain.
   2. What is your MBTI type? Briefly explain the meaning of your type. Do you agree with this, explain?
   3. How can this information be helpful when considering a leadership role? What strengths will it represent? Where will you need to be careful?
