3. Bibical principle

In the Gospel of John 10:11-13 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John+10%3A11-13+&version=NIV) Jesus uses a metaphor taken from an observation of how people behave in agriculture (and more generally, the workplace). Jesus states, "The hired hand – who is no shepherd nor owner of the sheep – catches sight of the wolf coming and runs away, leaving the sheep to be snatched and scattered by the wolf.  That is because he works for pay; he has no concern for the sheep."  Jesus then contrasts Himself with the hired hand by proclaiming that He is the good shepherd Who lays down his life for the sheep.

Obviously, the main point of the passage is Jesus revealing something about God. But what does it also reveal about private property rights? What role do property rights play in the market you are examining?
