This assignment can be used as your mini-case in your final paper.
You are a leader of a team that includes 5 professionals who were born outside of the US. If you want to use this as your mini-case these 5 professionals should be from the country you are studying. According to Hofstede definition of culture, it is “programming of the mind” that differentiates one group of people from another. Though all of you have similar professional backgrounds, cultural differences among members of your team are obvious. In about 500 words supported by resources and readings you have engaged in class (textbook, articles, lectures, videos, etc.), describe how you are going to build and unite this multicultural team.
