Your response should be approximately 250 words (1 page, double-spaced, 12-point standard type) in length.
In responding the reading prompt, use descriptive and clear language to explain your ideas. Your writing process should be deliberative and iterative, arriving at a succinct but thought-through discussion of your thinking.
Include the prompt at the top of your response. Do not count it towards the final length.
Make sure you provide page numbers for ideas that you reference in the text; use quotation marks when you use direct terms or phrases from the reading.
