I have a request for a proposal (rfp) project. I attached the project called Davis you need to read the file and write 1) Purpose & need and 2) Project Description/Background/Context. The page limit is two.(Project understanding and approach is what your understanding is derived from the RFP. the project description background context by reviewing the RFP you should know what the purpose and need is for the client project approach is providing detail on how you plan on addressing clients need that makes you the ideal firm candidate for the project)
