As a result, political leaders have recommended defunding the police, or reducing the budget of other organizations. This move by the political body has created a problem in the enforcement of laws and with retaining law enforcement, criminal justice, and security personnel; thus, there has been an increase in crime and a high rate of resignations and retirements. There appears to be a morale problem in these agencies.Assume you’re a human resources manager for a law enforcement agency or a criminal justice, or security organization. You have been asked by the chief administrative officer to prepare a report for your organization analyzing the current morale problem.Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word report that describes and analyzes the problem in your chosen agency or criminal justice or security organization.State and defend your position.Offer solutions by addressing the following questions:
