Based to research proposal which you prepared to me earlier (Impact of TQM on customer satisfaction in Saudi telecom company proposal)
I need you to kind support for below requirements :
1- Explain each hypothesis with reference
2- draw the model based on hypothesis
3- prepare questionnaire/survey based on hypothesis
my proposal it is contain of 7 of Independent variables and 4 of Dependent variables, total is 11 variables:
(Need to follow below steps)
a-I need you to provide 3 questions for each variable with references .
Total of questions will be 3 questions x 11 variables
Total =33 questions .
b-(For each question its reference should be refer to it)
c-The target segment for questionnaire/survey are (employees on STC and customers of STC).
