diagnosis based on the patient’s spiritual need. Develop an appreciation for the importance of spiritual
assessment in nursing.
Assignment Requirements: Conduct a spiritual assessment on one person encountered this semester
using the provided spiritual assessment tool. (Due to the limitations of not being in clinical sites, please
utilized a friend or family member as your “patient”) Include the tool in your assignment submission.
