Multiple perspectives are available in answer to each of them. Therefore, be as creative as possible while nevertheless formalizing your writing to meeting the rhetorical expectations explained in the syllabus.
#. Kotter (Ch. 10). Consider Kotter’s (1995) eight-staged change model. Then reflect on an actual organization change initiative from your own experience. Describe as many steps as you are able from that experience. Look for deviations or additional detail compared to the formal model.
