17 Aug A succinct (no more than one page) characterization of the philosophical problems and the legal issues raised by your case.
I have uploaded five documents. Please only use the attached information to support your argument and complete the paper. Please do not use external sources. Work should be cited in APA format.
Your analysis of the case should have the following components:
(i) A succinct (no more than half of one page) characterization of the case. Success on this portion of the paper will involve relevant detail, accuracy and appropriateness, and a fair, thorough presentation of what is at stake.
(ii) A succinct (no more than one page) characterization of the philosophical problems and the legal issues raised by your case.
(iii) Finally—and most importantly—a presentation of your own views on the philosophical problems raised by the selected case. Success on this portion of the paper will involve thoughtful prose, carefully constructed arguments, and ingenuity with respect to balancing a discussion of previous court cases (if appropriate), legal theories discussed in the course, and your own views. Please note: this is not a research paper. I want to see you articulate and defend your own philosophical position in light of what we have discussed in this course. If you want to do outside reading, that is fine as long as it is cited appropriately. However, I am most interested in your own thoughtful philosophical arguments.
