Hey there, I really need help with my portion of my homework. Were have to create a business plan and it is super easy. My section is dealing with Industry Analysis: Barriers to entry, competition (direct/indirect), customers, suppliers, substitutes, complementary products, industry life cycle, etc. I really need help with this. Please help me out! Below is my groups business pitch and is what the project will be based on.

Business Plan – Affordable Athletic Wear (Affordalete)
Business Summary
Our goal is to create a company in the athletic apparel sector, both men’s and women’s, that is high quality, stylish, and affordable. No longer are the days of having to pay $100 for a quality pair of women’s leggings, $70 for a pair of men’s shorts, $70 for a sports bra, or $150 for a hoodie. Our plan is to offer the same quality as the higher priced competitors but at a much lower price. We plan to do so by offering a direct to consumer approach. We plan to only sell online eliminating some overhead cost and ultimately passing more savings on to the customer. Our goal is to be able to go directly to the source and also offer that discount to the consumer. Our company plans to sell women’s leggings, sports bras, and shirts, and we also plan to sell men’s athletic shorts, and hoodies. To help build our brand recognition and loyalty we will reach out to several social media influencers to help expose our brand and build our brand. In doing so we will lower our advertising cost, which will help maintain affordability for our customers.
The business strategy is quite simple: “ produce high quality athletic wear at affordable prices, while providing excellent customer service”.Our first objective is to earn good will as soon as possible while maintaining quality and affordability. To make our business sustainable we will focus on our goals and avoid all the unnecessary costs. The goals are separated as minor milestones and major milestones, for the minor milestones we will consider sales targets and target markets, for the major milestones we will focus on profits and introducing more products.
