Write a memoir, a true story about some part of your life. It must be at least 3 pages in length (no more than 5), double spaced. Your story can relate to a single event or a series of closely related events. Show a change of mind or heart, a discovery, a confirmation or a contradiction of belief, a disappointment, or a decision. Include the following narrative elements: scenes full of detail and imagery; characters with motivation and depth; incremental, logical development of the plot; and conflict and theme. The memoir is written in first person “I” and in present tense.
