You are a software engineer working with a small team on a project. You are the team leader. You are in the first day of the final week of a 30 calendar day iteration, you received a call from your customer asking for implementing a new task. The new task is important for the customer and she wants it to be part of the iteration demo, which is scheduled on the last day of the iteration (Friday afternoon).
Discuss the possible scenarios that might happen upon receiving such “unplanned” task. For each scenario, what will you do (hiring new people is not an option here). Your target is to keep your customer happy.
