For this assignment, you will write a consultant 7S Framework Model Report on one of the following:
Locate the 10-K form for Roku Inc as of 31 December 2019.Or
Locate the 10-K form for Open Text Corp as of 30 June 2019.
- Next, imagine that you are a consultant for strategic management firm and with the information drawn from the 10-K, the company’s Annual Report, and other information on its website prepare a report in the form of 7S Framework Model: Structure, Strategy, Systems, Style, Skills, Staff, Superordinate. Each of the components of the model must be addressed in the report.
Hint:
- For the categories system, style, skills, and staff prepare a partial SWOT, specifically the firm’s strengths and weaknesses. The 7S Framework Model is shown in Figure 17.
