In this unit, there are a variety of conditions you will discuss pertaining to the eyes, ears, mouth, and gastrointestinal system. Focusing on the pediatric patient, select one of the topics below (please choose one that has not already been posted by another student) and discuss the current evidence-based recommendations by leading pediatric experts and professional organizations. Focus your discussion on guidelines for pediatric healthcare providers prescribing medications to the young pediatric patient.
You are expected to present your initial topic including, but not limited to, the following items:
