The CDC site introduces the most common chronic disease issues in the US. Research chronic disease issues internationally. Are they the same? Different? Identify the top five internationally (including the US), whom they affect, the risk behavior and other issues that contribute to the chronic disease, cost projection of the chronic disease, and special needs.
Also Research the major chronic diseases of Brazil, particularly in the area affected by the earthquake. Determine who is most affected, why, risk behaviors, and any programs for health promotion for each disease that are currently in place in the area.
