You are also asked to submit a draft of your Statement of Facts for the GoKar case to Avery by the end of the week. You should use the facts from the case record, but relate the facts in a persuasive manner for your Statement of Facts. You will need to make decisions regarding the order in which you relate the facts and which details to highlight or minimize. Remember that you need to cite to the record within your Statement of Facts.
