In Chapter 1, Section 3c, of JP 2-03 (page I-4), GEOINT support to
operations is detailed. The general areas of GEOINT support are listed as
(1) General Military Intelligence and Indications and Warning (I&W), (2)
Safety of Navigation, (3) Operational Environment Awareness, and (4) Mission
Planning, Rehearsal, and Command and Control (C2).

Discussion Requirement:
Discuss one of the four stated general areas for geospatial intelligence and
in your opinion, the most valuable. In the course of your discussion give an
example(s) of how it can be applied to a military problem set to produce
actionable intelligence for end users.
