History repeats itself, first as a tragedy, then as a farce.

1. Choose three of the five descriptions of history and discuss them from your own perspective and how you feel about the study of the past through the eyes of people. Tie them together logically and discuss how you got to this point. How do you relate these things? Do you agree or disagree as a whole? 

2. How would YOU describe history in the most succinct way possible. Use your own words, not text from online or outside sources. I am looking for your own point of view, creativity and insight into how you view things.
