Recruiting and Labor markets are a strategic part in HR planning.  There are three components that make up the integrative recruiting process.  These components consist of labor markets, recruiting responsibilities and goals, and recruiting sources including the internet.  Although they all are equally important, in this discussion you will identify which component stands out the most to you and why would you consider it to be more significant than the others.
