1. Identify a real-world business which makes use of a direct sales force targeting either consumers or organizations. Explain their use of a direct sales force and what the business does. Retail store representatives are NOT an example of a sales force.
2. Describe how you will access information on the organizations’ sales management processes, systems and other critical topics. This may include personal contacts and/or research sources – be specific on what these will be. If you are expecting to have personal contact with an organization be sure that this will be possible before you submit this assignment.
