Explain why this leader was either effective or ineffective. What are the lessons learned that you can apply to your own leadership development? Answer in paragraph
2. An example of a time where leadership was displayed in the workplace and left a meaningful impact would have to be when I started working in health care at my orientation as the instructor had been a teacher for over 20 years and was now a Human Resource consultant for 5 years. How she impacted me was by being real with issues and not sugar coating anything or trying to play things off like they didn’t mean anything.
