Select a facility from below to use in your final project. You will use this facility in Weeks 3 through 5. If you would like to use a facility not listed here, please check with your instructor for approval.

Research the facility type.
Write a summary. Your summary should:
Identify the type of facility you selected
Specify a location for your facility (state and region, city, neighborhood, and so forth)
Explain why you have selected this type of facility and this location
Describe the facility’s role in the health care industry
Describe demographics of the populations who use the facility
Identify key structural characteristics of the facility
Use and cite Hayward and at least one other credible scholarly reference, using proper APA formatting for citation and reference listing.
Submit your assignment as an APA paper, Power Point, or other format of your choice.
