This week you will continue to build your final facility.The legal team has asked you to provide them with considerations regarding legal and regulatory requirements that may affect the facility planning process.
Make any changes to your drawing needed to meet regulatory considerations, such as:
Local and state zoning codes for your chosen location
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
Credentialing requirements, such as the Joint Commission
Do not add equipment, furniture, and other assets.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper. Your paper should:

Note assets and equipment you add to your floor plan
Analyze the flow of your project by using the softwareproject planning tool of your choice to outline the design and construction of your facility, from start to finish. Gantt charts are often used, but you may choose a tool that works best for you. You will find some good examples at:

Analyze the impact of federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements on your facility
Analyze accountability and liability requirements for staff and other stakeholders
Analyzethe relationship between legal and ethical considerations of the requirements.
