01 Oct Describe in detail the three most significant challenges you faced in your career.
In this class you will be learning about leadership and projecting what you would do in a similar situation when your time arrives throughout your career. As a leader, you will be tested, and tested often in big and small ways. With this assignment you will get the opportunity to “reflect back on your career” as if you were 30 years older and battle tested.
Part Three
Your Biggest Challenges
1. Describe in detail the three most significant challenges you faced in your career.
1. Base two off of fictional stories that are too close to reality
2. Base a third off of a real-world scenario but place yourself in the position of leadership.
1. These can and should cover your entire career span
2. For example, one in the first 10 years as you had fewer responsibilities, and then grow with complexity as your career grows.
3. Detail the specific people (made up, of course) or situations that created the challenge.
4. Were there options and considerations that you would have handled differently?
3. How will you seek to use your experience after to lead others towards the end, or after your career? You have to pass it on!
This portion of the culminating project should fill at least 4-6 pages. If you are not hitting that mark, you are being too brief. The goal of this project is not to be as brief as possible and get out in 2 pages. | want you to research where you are getting the information from and provide detailed information.
Students MUST use APA formatting when listing a source that they obtained information from. Failure to cite and reference sources will result in major loss of points. You are college students and should be able to detail where you get information from appropriately.
Include pictures, graphs, charts, anything that will help prove your point and add style to the paper. Caution: Do not eat up all your space with pictures. The paper should be the proper length if the pictures were taken out. Don’t get too sneaky!
