My Term Paper Topic: Build an ideal government agency or non-profit organization using the principles of public administration learned throughout the semester, and explain how the new organization could fix perceived or real problems you identify during your research. Include clear connections between the assigned readings in your analysis.
Based on your term paper proposal and taking any feedback you received, you must now develop your term paper. Below are some general guidelines:

Assignment: Term Paper Proposal (Style manual: APA or Chicago)
Document Format:
Page count: 10 pages minimum, not including bibliography (more pages are welcome, but fewer than three pages will result in a grade reduction).
Font size: 12-point font
Font type: Sans serif (Arial is recommended)
Line spacing: Double-spaced
Insert Page numbers
bibliography: (works cited page): references or sources must be properly and consistently cited in APA or Chicago format.
File format: Microsoft Word document
