Why would productivity change?  Is it due to changes in your company's compensation package? Look at the compensation on the Company Operating Report – Highlights.  Or, did you invest in your facilities? R&E? Robotics?  Look in the Company Operating Report – Assembly and Facility Operations.  Is it that your company salaries are not keeping pace with the Industry?  Look at the CDJ Report pages 6-7 to see how your compensation compares to your competition.  What other conclusions can you draw from the data?
