Question to Discuss:
In your opinion – Your best friend just bought your favorite business in your hometown. First, tell us what business it is. Your friend is having second thoughts about the business, and reveals that the business was going through hard times, even before he closed the deal. You decided that you would advise him to review the business in terms of the four key strategy considerations in the marketing mix. List those four items. Then come up with a brief plan consideration each and how it applies to the business. (Hint: Not all items will necessarily need improvement. Don’t change anything that is currently doing well.)
