Students will prepare their leadership style. They will explain their own approach to leadership and within their teams they will have to describe what type of leadership styles are within their group as well as contrast their approaches to other members of the group in the following format:
This is first part
1: Each student will explain their own approach to leadership. Including Transformational, Transactional, Situational, Adaptive Leadership models Leadership Style (Authoritarian, Procedural, Transformational, Participative, Laissez-faire) Social Skills (Active Listening, Agreement/Acceptance) Group Roles (Plant, Resource Investigator, Coordinator, Shaper, Monitor Evaluator, Team Worker, Implementer, Completer Finisher, Specialist) How A-D align with their personal and professional values

2. Explain how their leadership approaches help or hinder a group working together effectively.
3. What makes an effective team? Explain the team dynamics and their impressions of how well their team will worked together.
4.What will you do in the next 2 years to prepare yourself to work effectively with other people?
